start a project
[ the brief ]

tell me about it.

two ways to start a conversation: a quick chat if you're just exploring, or a detailed brief if you already know you want to build something. you pick.

either way, no jargon required — each option explains itself.

OPTION 01
quick chat
just a few essentials, ~1 minute. for early conversations.
OPTION 02
detailed brief
specific questions per project type, ~5-10 minutes. for serious projects.
[ step 01 — basics ]
01.

who are you,
and where do i find you?

helps a lot for faster back-and-forth — include the country code.
helps me reply faster if e-mail is slow.
[ step 02 — what you want ]
02.

what are you
looking for?

↓ pick one — each option explains itself
[ step 03 — style ]
03.

the vibe.

↓ what it should feel like, before i draw anything
3 to 5 references give me a strong north. urls, names, descriptions — whatever you have.
how would you describe what you do? this is for tone, not just visuals.
have specific colors in mind? hate certain ones? want me to pick from your existing brand? all answers welcome.
visual things you've seen and hated, common clichés in your industry to avoid, tones to dodge. saves us both time.
[ step 04 — your toolkit ]
04.

what do
you already have?

↓ tick what's ready — i help with the gaps
[ branch — your site ]
05 · site

the site,
in detail.

↓ as much or as little as you know
without a clear goal it's hard to prioritize. even simple is fine — "i want to look more professional" is already a goal.
just an estimate — i help you refine if you're not sure.
a domain is the address of the site (like yourname.com or yourname.ie). costs around €10–15/year and can be bought separately or i help you set one up.
this is called a CMS — a private dashboard where you log in and edit photos, prices, blog posts without code. costs a bit more upfront but means you don't need to ping me for every small change.
each feature adds to the build, so pick only what matters.
if you already know the structure, list it out. e.g. home, about, services, gallery, contact.
[ branch — your press kit ]
05 · press kit

the kit,
in detail.

↓ each option explains itself
the pdf is the same content as the web kit, formatted for a4 / letter. for promoters who archive things on disk.
photos, bio text, video samples, logos. honest answer helps me scope correctly.
[ branch — your identity ]
05 · identity

the identity,
in detail.

↓ each option explains itself
each one is a separate piece — pick what you actually need. i recommend a logo + palette + typography as the minimum.
[ branch — photo / film ]
05 · photo

that lives elsewhere.

wedding photo & film

www.annamellostudios.com

for the photo and film side of the studio, the booking flow lives at the main site. it has the right form for wedding inquiries — dates, locations, packages.

go to the photo studio →

you can also fill the basics below and i'll forward the message myself — but the dedicated form gets you a faster reply.

[ branch — exploring ]
05 · open

tell me
what you have in mind.

↓ no format, no jargon — just describe
a sentence or a paragraph. i'll read carefully and reply with what fits.
[ step 06 — timeline & budget ]
06.

when
and how much?

↓ honest answers help me say honest things back
be honest — i'll tell you what's possible at each tier and what isn't. there's no wrong answer.
[ step 07 — final ]
07.

anything else
i should know?

in your own words — what you're making, why now, what you've tried, what you're worried about. this is the part i actually read first.
