kamila is a brazilian who moved to ireland and got her hse registration as a solemniser — meaning her ceremonies are legally binding under irish law. she works mostly with brazilian-irish couples and queer couples who want a celebrant that can hold the room in their own language.
the brief came after months of her sending whatsapps to brides in three different languages, copy-pasting the same info from a google doc. she needed a site to be the first filter and the first welcome — couples should land, read in their own language, and feel her tone before any e-mail goes back and forth.
the build is fully trilingual en/pt-br/es with persistent toggle. fraunces serif paired with hanken grotesk for an editorial feel. warm brown + olive palette to escape the standard wedding industry cream-and-blush. ambient music toggle. reviews carousel and featured-in bar — both manually curatable so she can update without my help.
