what they asked for,
and what it became
wedo was born from a simple observation: queer couples planning weddings in ireland were spending months chasing vendor after vendor — photographer, dj, celebrant, content creator — having to explain who they are every single time.
the proposal was to bring together independent professionals already working with this audience under one shared brand. each pro keeps their own business, but operates within a common branding + process layer.
the brief came like this: it has to be truly bilingual, gender-neutral, with the face of a brazilian-irish collective — not a company. and it needed an internal system behind it, where each member could manage onboarding, documents, templates.
what i delivered was a complete system: public site + internal portal + ai mascot + transactional e-mail integration. a year and a half of iterative development with the founder, still evolving.
